Eric is actively involved in promoting the development of founder-led businesses in the Bay Area and regional markets. He works closely with regional advisors to share Silicon Valley best practices with bootstrapped entrepreneurs.

Since 2000, Eric has led Kennet’s investment efforts in vertical software and enterprise SaaS business models.

Eric is a board member of e-discovery software company Recommind, education SaaS vendor Schoolwires, project management SaaS provider Daptiv, and wireless chip provider STS. He managed and successfully exited systems management software company Netpro (acquired by Quest Software), compliance software company Consul Risk Management (acquired by IBM) and storage chip vendor Aarohi (acquired by Emulex).

Before joining Kennet, Eric was a Principal in Broadview’s New York office, where he worked on approximately 50 M&A transactions involving communications equipment, systems management and enterprise software companies.

Prior to joining Broadview in 1994, Eric worked as a product marketing engineer at Intel Corporation. He has a BS degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
