Frank is CEO of Intelepeer (a Kennet II portfolio company), a fast growth VoIP provider of on-demand, cloud-based communications services.

Frank has grown Intelepeer’s revenues from $27 million to over $150 million in 2012, recruited a strong executive team and board, and maintained a capital efficient discipline in the company. Earlier in his career, Frank founded and was CEO of CommTech, a fast growth, successful telecom software vendor that achieved a high value exit. Frank founded CommTech in 1992 and bootstrapped the company to revenues of over $30 million after which he raised growth equity capital from Morgan Stanley Ventures. Within two years of the investment, the company was acquired by ADC for $185 million resulting in an attractive return for investors. Prior to founding CommTech, Frank worked with AT&T Bell Laboratories and other divisions of AT&T. Frank received a BS in Computer Science and Masters in MIS from Stevens Institute of Technology. Frank has also spoken at several Kennet regional networking events and has advised on Kennet investment opportunities.
